End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before purchasing, downloading, or using any digital planners, custom widgets, or template assets (collectively, the "Digital Products") provided by Plannit Studio ("Plannit", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the Digital Products, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent) and that you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Digital Products.

1. License Grant & Permitted Usage

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Plannit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download and use the Digital Products for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Device Limit: You may install and import your purchased template files onto a maximum of three (3) personal devices (such as tablets, phones, or laptops) owned and operated exclusively by you.
Single-User License: This license is for one individual only. Sharing access codes, template files, or download links with others is strictly prohibited.
Non-Commercial Use Only: You may not use the Digital Products for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to resale, client services, or business operations.

2. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

The structure, user interface, layout, code logic, interactive elements, and overall designs of the planners and widgets are the exclusive intellectual property of Plannit Studio.

Layout & Widget Copying: You may not copy, extract, reproduce, or modify the layouts, structure, or custom widget elements of the planners to distribute or resell them.
Vector Assets & Emojis: Individual icons included within the planners (such as standard planner icons) may be reused for personal projects since they reside in the public domain. However, proprietary visual art assets unique to Plannit may not be extracted for commercial use.
No Reverse Engineering: You are prohibited from decompiling, extracting code files, or reverse engineering any dynamic features contained within our digital templates.

Important Notice on Multi-Location Access: We monitor access code activation patterns. If our systems detect an active access code or account login being used in multiple distinct geographic locations simultaneously (or across more than 3 devices), we reserve the right to suspend email verification codes and terminate account access without notice and without any obligation to issue a refund.

3. License Revocation & Termination

We reserve the right to audit license compliance and immediately revoke your license to use the Digital Products if you violate any terms outlined in this EULA. Upon termination of the license:

Your access codes and links will be immediately deactivated.
You must immediately delete and destroy all downloaded copies of the Digital Products from all devices, cloud storage, and backups.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If a data erasure request is submitted under GDPR/UK GDPR and Plannit deletes your personal data, any associated digital license will also be simultaneously terminated as the license is contractually bound to verified account identity. No refund will be issued in this event.

4. Amendments to This Agreement

Plannit Studio reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated EULA on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued download or use of the Digital Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

5. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on plannit.shop, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Plannit Studio relating to your use of the Digital Products and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and Plannit Studio relating to the Digital Products.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plannit Studio, its owners, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Digital Products or your violation of this agreement.

7. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Digital Products are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. Plannit is not responsible for styling rendering differences, file-import errors on third-party annotation apps (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability), or hardware limitations of your device. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plannit's total liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product in question.
