Welcome to Plannit Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at plannit.shop (the "Site") and any purchases of digital templates, assets, or memberships from Plannit Studio ("Plannit", "we", "us", or "our").

Plannit Studio is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Our products and services are available to customers worldwide. By accessing the Site or making a purchase from any country, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility

By purchasing from Plannit Studio, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if required by your local law). Plannit Studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

2. Purchasing & Digital Delivery

Plannit provides instant-access digital planners, custom widgets, and templates. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• No-Refund Policy: Due to the instant digital nature of our templates, all sales are final. Once a download link is sent or file access is unlocked, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind. If a duplicate purchase is made in error, contact support for resolution at hello@plannit.shop.
• UK & EU Consumer Waiver: If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and receiving immediate delivery of the Digital Products, you consent to immediate supply and expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of cancellation/withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Statutory Rights Remedy: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a digital file is proven to be corrupted, broken, or defective at the point of delivery, we will repair or replace the digital file within a reasonable period. If repair or replacement is impossible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• International Purchasers: Customers purchasing from outside the UK and EU (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and Australia) acknowledge that local consumer protection laws may differ. Plannit Studio's no-refund policy applies globally for correctly delivered digital goods. You accept that the laws of the United Kingdom govern this transaction as set out in Section 5.
• Personal Use Only: Digital Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of Digital Products for business operations, client services, or commercial resale is expressly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase a recurring Plannit membership:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis starting from the date you first subscribe.
• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Subscription" from your account settings, or by emailing hello@plannit.shop with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" before your next renewal date. Cancellations must be received and confirmed at least 24 hours before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to membership features until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Billing Structure Changes: Yearly billing plans may be introduced in the future. We reserve the right to adjust billing structures, pricing, or subscription tiers by providing at least 30 days' advance written notice via the email address registered to your account before any changes take effect on your subscription.

4. Pricing & Price Protection

• Price Subject to Change: All prices for Plannit products and memberships are subject to change at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice for subscription price increases as stated in Section 3.
• No Price Matching: We do not offer retroactive price matches, adjustments, or refunds if a product or membership is reduced in price, placed on sale, or offered in a bundle after your purchase date.
• Currency: All prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their card provider or bank.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where you are located when accessing or purchasing from the Site.

You agree that prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you will attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@plannit.shop. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

6. Acceptable Use

By accessing the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or Digital Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Use any automated tool, scraper, or bot to extract data from the Site.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Plannit Studio.

7. Force Majeure

Plannit Studio is not liable for delay or failure to perform services (including database sync outages, server downtime, or download issues) resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including hosting outages from third-party providers (Stripe, Vercel, Supabase), internet service provider failures, acts of God, pandemics, or governmental regulations.

8. Amendments to These Terms

Plannit Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. For subscription-related changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Plannit Studio's products are provided "as-is" and "as-available" for personal organisation and productivity purposes. We make no warranty that the Digital Products will meet all your requirements or be permanently compatible with future third-party software updates (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability, or Apple iPadOS updates). In no event shall Plannit Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, technical data loss, or tablet application malfunctions. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
